Custom Home Design
At Mahar Brothers Construction, we like working with our customers to create one-of-a-kind custom homes. We’ve made our custom home design process enjoyable and efficient. First, Mahar Brothers will sit down with the client to gather important information about the home of there dreams. Mahar Brothers then will go to work finding the right floor plan. Our draftsman will draw a series of preliminary plans to give the client and Mahar Brothers an opportunity to review and revise. Once the home plan is established it then will be reviewed by a structural engineer to exceed all building codes. Next, the customer will meet with our knowledgeable interior design staff. The interior design staff will help navigate through the endless amount of choices Mahar Brothers has to offer. Last, our design staff will fill out with the customer the specification packet. This packet is a detailed list of items being used in the new home. Along with the specification packet the customer will be given a full set of home plans. Customers will see that Mahar Brothers is a company that offers knowledge and results.
